DELUXE CITY ROLEPLAY — Staff Terms & Conditions
Legal & Administrative Notice
By accepting a staff position within DELUXE CITY ROLEPLAY, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Position
- Staff positions are voluntary community roles and do not constitute employment, partnership, ownership, or any legal business relationship with DELUXE CITY.
- Staff members are not entitled to wages, salaries, commissions, benefits, or compensation unless explicitly approved by management in writing.
2. Management Authority
- DELUXE CITY Management reserves the right to appoint, suspend, demote, remove, or restructure any staff position at any time.
- Staff ranks, permissions, and responsibilities may be modified without prior notice.
3. Confidentiality Agreement
- Staff members may gain access to confidential server information, including administrative tools, internal discussions, development plans, player reports, and server data.
- Sharing, leaking, selling, or distributing confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal and further action where applicable.
4. Server Assets & Intellectual Property
- All server-related assets, including scripts, maps, logos, branding, Discord resources, documentation, and custom content remain the exclusive property of DELUXE CITY unless otherwise stated by management.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or resale of server assets is prohibited.
5. Data Protection
- Staff members must not misuse, disclose, or share player information, account information, IP addresses, logs, screenshots, or administrative records without authorization.
- Any access to sensitive information must be used solely for administrative purposes.
6. Abuse & Misconduct
- Any abuse of administrative privileges, corruption, favoritism, bribery, blackmail, account sharing, or intentional harm to the community may result in immediate termination.
- Management reserves the right to revoke access to all staff resources upon termination.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- DELUXE CITY is not responsible for personal disputes, financial losses, account losses, hardware issues, or third-party actions involving staff members.
- Staff members act at their own discretion and responsibility while performing administrative duties.
8. Non-Disclosure After Removal
- Former staff members remain bound by confidentiality obligations even after resignation, demotion, or removal from the staff team.
- Confidential information obtained during staff service may not be disclosed at any time.
9. Compliance
- Staff members must comply with all server rules, Discord rules, and management directives.
- Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, demotion, or permanent removal.
10. Final Authority
- In all administrative disputes, investigations, and interpretations of these terms, the decision of DELUXE CITY Management shall be considered final.
Staff Declaration
I understand that my staff position is a privilege, not a right. I agree to follow all staff policies, maintain confidentiality, act professionally, and represent DELUXE CITY ROLEPLAY in a responsible manner. I understand that violations of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including immediate removal from the staff team.
